These terms apply when you install Seekly: Instant Site Search ("Seekly") on a Wix site. Seekly is run from South Australia. By installing Seekly you agree to these terms, as well as Wix's own terms of use.

What Seekly does

Seekly reads your published Wix site, builds a search index stored on your site, and adds a search box that lets visitors search your pages, products, blog posts, events and services. The help page describes exactly how it works.

Plans and billing

• Seekly is free for up to 50 pages, products and posts per site.
• We may add paid plans for bigger sites. They'll be optional, and all payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds will go through Wix's billing system and Wix's policies.
• We'll give at least 30 days' notice in the Seekly dashboard before reducing what the free plan includes.

Your responsibilities

• Only install Seekly on sites you own or manage.
• You're responsible for your site's content. Seekly only shows visitors pages that are already public on your site.

Availability

We work to keep Seekly running reliably, but it relies on Wix's platform and your site being published and reachable. We may update Seekly to fix problems, keep up with changes to Wix, or add features.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost sales, arising from your use of Seekly.

Ending these terms

You can stop using Seekly at any time by removing it from your site. We may stop offering Seekly with reasonable notice. If we do, you won't be charged for any period after it stops.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
